Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to work with our team. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working with the team to plan and assist with general operations of the company. This is a role that requires strategic planning, sales, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and assist with operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity

- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and optimize resources

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives

- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive work environment

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field

- Proven experience in operations, project management, or related field

- Strong sales and business development skills

- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget

- Proficient in strategic planning and execution

- Demonstrated ability to work with, lead and motivate a team

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
